Soave

Soave Doc is a pleasant wine, not very complex, with a strong fragrance, lightness and acidity. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The scent is intense, predominantly floral with sensations of elderberry, hawthorn, acacia, ripe apple and banana. Soave Doc has a dry, balanced, fresh flavor with a bitter aftertaste. The alcohol content is around 10.5 degrees. The wine can have the specification "Classic" only if produced with grapes harvested and vinified in the hilly areas of the municipalities of Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone. Recommended serving temperature: 11-13° centigrade. Pairing with foods: lean appetizers, soups, pasta first courses, fish, white meats with delicate sauces, soft cheeses.
