The Zanoni family has been growing grapes and producing wine in Valpolicella since the beginning of the century, and today Pietro, a determined and ambitious winemaker, continues this tradition. His primary goal has always been to respect and preserve the identity of his native winemaking terroir. The estate's vineyards cover 8 hectares and are divided into three plots in the hills north of Verona, in the hamlets of Avesa, Parona, and Quinzano, where the new company headquarters was completed in Zovo in 2006. The vineyards employ integrated pest management, grassing, and organic fertilization, while in the vineyards, work is focused on limiting yield per vine and ensuring each individual grape reaches perfect ripeness.
