Domaine Saint-Marc

Arnaud Mitanchey, son of a Burgundy winemaker, took over the family business in 2011 after studying oenology and spending a few years in California. Initially, the Estate could count on the ownership of a single plot within the Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation, but thanks to repeated and substantial investments, Arnaud was able to progressively develop the company, which today owns 9 hectares distributed across 12 different appellations such as Maranges, Santenay, Meursault as well as Pommard and Beaune. The HVE certification obtained in 2016 testifies to the constant commitment of this Domaine in the enhancement of the territory, interpreted following the dictates of organic farming and adopting a minimalist oenological approach that excludes the use of impactful and invasive practices.
