Pouilly-Fumé

Pouilly-Fumé is a refined French white wine produced in the Loire Valley, obtained from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on soils rich in silica, limestone and clay. Its name comes from the characteristic “fumé” (smoked) aroma, reminiscent of flint and giving this wine a unique imprint.

It has a pale straw yellow color. On the nose, it has aromas of citrus, white-fleshed fruit, aromatic herbs and an elegant smoky mineral note. On the palate, it is taut, fresh, with an extraordinary flavor and a long, clean finish.
