Soave

Soave is a white wine from Veneto among the most representative of Italy, produced mainly with Garganega grapes and, to a lesser extent, Trebbiano di Soave. It originates on the volcanic hills around Verona and stands out for its freshness, elegance and versatility on the table.

It has a pale straw yellow color. The bouquet is delicate and floral, with hints of apple, white peach, almond and wild flowers. In the mouth it is dry, harmonious, with a pleasant mineral note and a slightly bitter finish typical of Garganega.
