Timorasso

Timorasso is a Piedmontese white wine with great character, produced almost exclusively in the Tortona hills of Alessandria. A native vine rediscovered and enhanced in recent decades, it is known for its structure, marked minerality and extraordinary capacity for aging.

It has a bright golden yellow color. The aromatic profile is complex: notes of ripe fruit, honey, medicinal herbs, flint and hints of hydrocarbon in the more evolved versions. On the palate it is rich, full, fresh and savory, with a long and deep persistence.
