Lessini Durello Spumante
Lessini Durello Spumante is produced within a territorial area that extends over an area of over 30,000 hectares in the hilly part of the eastern Lessini Mountains, between the provinces of Verona and Vicenza. From an organoleptic point of view, the wine has a fine and persistent foam and a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Its aroma is vinous, delicately fruity with a prevalence of citric and bread crust notes while in the mouth it is pleasantly acidic, fresh and vinous. Although its versatility makes it suitable for any meal, its ideal pairings are with oysters, shellfish and raw fish in general. Among the first courses he favors crepes with asparagus or delicate cheeses while among the second courses he loves all those elaborate fish dishes, especially fatty ones, such as Vicenza-style cod or stewed eel.
