Paolo Cottini

"Paolo Cottini" is the name with which Paolo and Sara have chosen to imbue the wines they produce with their own personal identity. Although this is a new winemaking venture, Paolo's family has been deeply committed to this passion for many years, and is now in its third generation. The winery was founded in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region, specifically in Fumane, while its estate-owned vineyards extend across the hilly areas of the historic municipalities of Marano and Negrar. The diverse and unique orographic and altitude characteristics allow for the production of quality grapes with distinctive and specific characteristics, which Paolo expertly blends in various proportions to create his wines.
