Five generations have now succeeded one another at the helm of this winery based in Chouilly, a small village in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Thanks to a deep respect for the vine and the Champenoise method, the Vol family keeps alive the traditions of a unique region where Chardonnay reigns supreme and fully expresses its potential. All Champagnes are produced with grapes from their own grand cru vineyards and stand out for their elegance and purity.
