Colle Cerè

Colle Cerè is a small family-run winery, founded by Cesare Righetti in 1991 in Negrar di Valpolicella. The vineyards extend across approximately 5 hectares of hilly land and are cultivated exclusively using the Veronese pergola system. Both in the fields and in the cellar, the work follows a classic, unobtrusive style, oriented toward producing sincere and authentic wines that convey the tradition of Valpolicella Classica from the very first sip: that perfect combination of structure, composure, and great elegance.
