2007
Emporio Divino is born
On the initiative of Alberto Zambelli and Lorenzo Greatti, two Veronese editors of wine tourism publications as well as sommeliers graduated from the FISAR three-year course in 2004. The wine shop immediately became characterized by its exclusive offer of wines from the Veronese province produced by small and selected wineries , giving space only later to national and international labels. Alberto and Lorenzo have always oriented their choices on the identification of medium-small wineries, with a few hectares of property and managed at a family level by competent and qualified people, whose primary aim is the cultivation of the vineyard with respect for nature, avoiding intensive production and improper use of chemicals.
2010
We become a distribution agency
Emporio diVino has progressively evolved over the years and from a simple sales point for Veronese wines, in 2010 it also became the headquarters of a local distribution agency.
2015
Our online store is born
In 2015, to meet market demands, Alberto and Lorenzo created an "online store" dedicated to the best labels in the Verona area, thus implementing their offer.
2016
Expansion of the HO.RE.CA. channel
In 2016 the distribution activity to the ho.re.ca. channel the channel expands, also giving space to national and international wines and spirits, always with a view to the search for niche territorial excellence.
STAFF
We are Alberto and Lorenzo, two FISAR certified sommeliers since 2004, united by the passion for wine that has accompanied us since our youth. Always friends, partners and brothers-in-law, we have chosen to transform our love for wine into a profession, to offer you a unique experience through our carefully selected products.
Lorenzo Greatti
With roots in a family of producers of the famous Custoza white wine, Lorenzo is our "wine philosopher". Lover of literature and poetry that wine can evoke, his attention is turned to white wines and bubbles, with a unique sensitivity in enhancing every detail, from the aromatic notes to the emotions they arouse.
Alberto Zambelli
Raised among the vineyards of a winery renowned for its red wines in the splendid Valpolicella, Alberto is the undisputed expert in red wines and spirits. His profound knowledge and connection with the territory are reflected in the selection of labels that tell stories of passion and tradition.
