Etna Bianco

Etna Bianco is a refined and mineral wine that comes from the slopes of the highest active volcano in Europe, Etna. Produced mainly with Carricante grapes, often blended with other native varieties such as Catarratto, this wine represents one of the most authentic expressions of high-altitude Sicilian viticulture.

It has a pale straw yellow color. On the nose it releases elegant aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, Mediterranean herbs and a typical mineral and smoky note, due to the lava soils. On the palate it is fresh, savoury and vertical, with a fine structure and a long persistence.
