Trebbiano

Trebbiano is one of the most widespread white grape varieties in Italy, present in numerous regional variations, from Trebbiano Toscano to Trebbiano d'Abruzzo. It gives rise to fresh, light and pleasant wines, appreciated for their versatility and ability to accompany many dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.

To the eye it presents itself with a light straw yellow color. On the nose it offers delicate aromas of apple, pear, citrus, wild flowers and almond. In the mouth it is dry, lean and smooth, with a good acidity that makes it particularly refreshing.

Ideal with appetizers, salads, light first courses, fish, white meats and fresh cheeses, Trebbiano is the everyday wine par excellence: simple, honest and immediate, but capable of surprising in its more refined versions.
