Chardonnay

Chardonnay is one of the most widespread and appreciated white grape varieties in the world, capable of adapting to different territories and styles, while always maintaining elegance and character. In Italy, it finds excellent expression in regions such as Trentino-Alto Adige, Friuli and Sicily, offering fresh or structured wines, also aged in barrique.

With a straw yellow color with golden reflections, Chardonnay offers a bouquet rich in aromas: apple, pear, citrus, white flowers, and in the more complex versions, notes of butter, vanilla and tropical fruit. On the palate it is soft, balanced and often endowed with a pleasant creaminess.

Versatile in pairings, it is perfect with appetizers, delicate first courses, fish, white meats and soft cheeses. Chardonnay is a white wine that combines finesse and power, ideal for both everyday life and special moments.
