Cascina Mondator

Founded and managed by Roberto Predomo, Cascina Mondator is located in the hills of Custoza, in the Tamburino Sardo area. An organic farm that cultivates the land with passion, combining tradition and innovation.

Roberto, with years of proven experience in the field, produces two iconic labels: Custoza and Custoza Superiore, a true expression of the terroir and meticulous workmanship.

Alongside these, Cascina Mondator also produces Metodo Classico sparkling wines, both white and rosé, elegant and authentic, the fruit of an artisanal approach.
