Placing an order on our site is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Browse the products: Scroll through our catalog and choose the products you want to purchase. You can use the search bar or filters to easily find what interests you.

  2. Add to cart: Once you find the product, select the desired options (such as quantity, size, or color) and click on the "Add to cart" button.

  3. Check your cart: After adding items, click on the cart icon at the top right to view your purchases. You can change the quantity or remove items if necessary.

  4. Proceed to checkout: When you are ready to purchase, click "Proceed to Checkout." Here you will need to enter your shipping information and choose your preferred payment method.

  5. Choose your payment method: We offer several payment options, such as credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and other secure methods. Select the one that is most comfortable for you.

  6. Confirm the order: Once you have entered all the data, review your order and click on "Confirm order" to finalize the purchase.

  7. Receive confirmation: After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email with the details of your purchase and the tracking number to follow the shipment.

To place an order, it is not mandatory to have an account, but we recommend creating one to make purchasing faster and monitor the status of your orders. To create an account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the registration page: Click on the "Log in" or "Create an account" button found at the top right of our site.

  2. Fill in your details: Enter the required information, such as your name, email address, password, and shipping address. If you have a discount code, you can add it at this stage.

  3. Confirm registration: After completing the fields, click on "Create account" to register. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

  4. Log in and proceed with the purchase: Once you have created your account, you can log in to the site using your credentials. From here, you can add the products to your cart and proceed with the order.

If you prefer, you can also complete the order as a guest, without registering, but creating an account will allow you to save your data for future purchases and easily follow the status of your shipments.

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry! You can easily recover it by following these steps:

  1. Go to the login page: Click on "Login" at the top right of our site.

  2. Click on 'Forgot your password?': Below the password field, you will find a link that says "Forgot your password?". Click on this link.

  3. Enter your email address: On the page that opens, enter the email address with which you registered on our site and click on "SEND RESET LINK".

  4. Check your email: We will send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't see the email, also check your spam folder.

  5. Reset your password: Click on the link in the email to access the page where you can enter a new password. Choose a strong password and confirm it.

  6. Log in with the new password: After resetting your password, you can return to the login page and log in with your new credentials.

Yes, you can easily view your order history by logging into your account. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account: Click on "Login" at the top right of the site and enter your credentials (email and password).

  2. Go to the 'My orders' section: Once logged in, go to your account and select "Order History and Details" from the menu.

  3. View order details: In the "Order history and details" section, you will find a list of all orders placed. You will be able to see the status of each order, the purchase date and the details of the products purchased. By clicking on an order, you will also be able to view more information and track the shipment if available.

If you haven't placed any orders yet, this section will be empty until you complete a purchase.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY

Shipping times can vary greatly depending on several factors, including the seller, carrier, destination and shipping method selected. Here is an overview of typical shipping times:

  1. Standard Shipping:
  2. Italy: Usually takes 2 to 5 working days.
  3. International: Varies between 7 and 21 business days, depending on distance and customs.
  4. Express Shipments:
  5. Italy: Generally 1-2 working days. Some couriers also offer 24-hour delivery.
  6. International: May vary from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on the destination of the order. During the checkout process, after entering your city, zip code and destination state, shipping costs will automatically be displayed before completing your order.

This allows you to see exactly the amount of shipping costs based on your location and the products purchased, so there are no surprises at checkout.

If you are purchasing to a remote location or smaller island, additional charges may apply, which will be shown during checkout.

To track your order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account: Click on "Login" at the top right and enter your credentials (email and password).

  2. Go to the 'Order history and details' section: After logging in, select "Order history and details" in your account menu.

  3. View order status: You will find a list of your recent orders with the current status of each. If your order has been shipped, you will find a tracking link or tracking number.

  4. Follow the tracking link: By clicking on the tracking number, you will be redirected to the courier's website to view the shipment status in real time.

Alternatively, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is in transit.

It is possible change the delivery address before the order is shipped. If your order is being shipped, you may not be able to change it. In some cases it is possible to change the address during shipping but the operation is not guaranteed. Changing address may have a further additional cost

PAYMENT AND BILLING

Credit Card: Choose Credit Card as your payment method and pay with all cards that have the Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron logo.

Secure transactions: every purchase takes place in maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological and coding systems (SSL).

Paypal: Paypal You can choose PayPal as the payment type in your cart. By clicking on Proceed to payment, after confirming your order details, the PayPal login page will open to access your account and complete the payment. If you don't yet have a PayPal account, you can create one from the PayPal login page before completing the order.

Bank Transfer: You can choose Bank Transfer as the payment type in your cart. By clicking proceed your order will be saved and processed. Take care to indicate the reason in your bank transfer, for correct correspondence with your online order.  Your order, and the goods contained in it, will be sent for shipment after verifying receipt of the funds in our current account.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to pay on delivery. All payments must be made online via available payment methods, such as credit card, PayPal or bank transfer, during the checkout process.

To obtain an invoice for your order, you must request it directly from our customer service. The invoice is not issued automatically, but we can provide it upon request.

To request an invoice, follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide the details: Indicate the order number and your tax information (if necessary) to issue the invoice correctly.

  3. Receive the invoice: We will send you the invoice in PDF format via email.
