His career as a winemaker is just beginning, but Richard Tauber certainly has no shortage of experience. His wines are the mirror of his life, the finish line at the end of a steep and tortuous path that began in 2013, when he decided to leave his job in a dairy farm to found a company in the dairy sector and a wine estate in Bressanone. A perfect symbiosis of two different vocations, which is renewed every day. The estate vineyards, cultivated with Sylvaner, Kerner and Riesling, are divided into five distinct units for a total of 2.5 hectares; thanks to this diversification of soil properties, altitudes and weather conditions, the production of extremely multifaceted wines is ensured, whose essence reflects the environmental characteristics and the intrinsic ones of the vine.
