Ilatium

In 1992 the Morini family purchased a historic farmhouse from the early 1900s surrounded by splendid vineyards in the heart of Val di Mezzane. In this area they decided to build a new building to be used as a winemaking and maturation cellar. Today the Ilatium Morini farm is run with love and passion by seven brothers and cousins, who have continued their parents' work, achieving great goals. Ilatium is a company that has evolved over time, acquiring various plots of land over the years that have led it to take on its current characteristics. Currently, 40 hectares of land are cultivated, divided between the Valpolicella and Soave areas, producing approximately 6 thousand quintals of D.O.P. grapes.
