Bardolino

Bardolino Doc wine falls into the category of "all-round" wines which are preferable to consume when they are still young. It has a lively ruby ​​red color which tends to take on garnet shades with aging. The scent is delicate, vinous, fragrant, with light spicy hints that often recall wild violets and small red fruit. It is on the palate that Bardolino shows all its elegance and pleasantness: it knows how to release soft, dry, savory notes, free from tannic imbalances, which have made it famous since the times of the Habsburg empire. It has a minimum alcohol content of 10.5 degrees. Recommended serving temperature: 15-16° centigrade. Pairing with foods: soups, white meats, boiled red meats, soft cheeses.
