The Pomona winery boasts 6 hectares of vineyards in a single plot, located in the Castellina in Chianti area, 350 meters above sea level. Here, the soil, composed of limestone and limestone, has found its ideal habitat. Owner Monica Raspi is a dedicated winemaker who cultivates her vines according to organic farming principles, striving to maintain biodiversity and following the biological cycles and seasonal changes. She uses no fertilizers, just green manure and instinct. In the cellar, her approach is light, never overly interventionist, both in oak aging and in tannic extraction, with the goal of preserving a strong territorial identity while always pursuing the idea that wine should be a pleasure for the nose, the mouth, and the soul.
