Suavia

Suavia was founded in the hilltop village of Fittà di Soave (VR), in the heart of the Soave Classico region. Founded by the Tessari family, it is now run by the three Meri sisters, Valentina, and Alessandra, who continue the family winemaking tradition with passion and expertise. The winery produces exclusively white wines from Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave, grown on basalt-rich volcanic soils. The approach adopted is artisanal and sustainable: hand-harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, and total respect for the terroir.
