Vermentino di Gallura

Vermentino di Gallura is the only Sardinian wine to boast the Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin (DOCG), produced exclusively in the north-eastern region of Gallura. Grown on granite soils, beaten by the wind and close to the sea, Vermentino di Gallura stands out for its minerality, intensity and personality.

It is a bright straw yellow with golden reflections. The aroma is complex and enveloping: citrus, ripe yellow fruit, aromatic herbs, white flowers and a marked saline and mineral imprint. In the mouth it is full, savoury, fresh and structured, with a long persistence and an almondy finish.
