Vitas

The winery is housed in a historic 18th-century residence in Strassoldo, a splendid fortified feudal village between Palmanova and Aquileia. Over the past few years, Roberto Vitas has reorganized the entire vineyard area using modern training systems. Following a tradition passed down from father to son for four generations, he personally manages all production processes throughout the entire supply chain, from the grapes—all of which are home-grown—to the finished bottle. With his youthful and dynamic vision, he has given further impetus to a family-run winery that recently celebrated its first hundred years of business.
