Valpolicella Superiore

Valpolicella Superiore is a Valpolicella Doc wine which is subjected to an aging period of at least one year. It has an alcohol content of no less than 12 degrees. Compared to Valpolicella Doc, the Superiore has lower acidity and greater roundness. Recommended serving temperature: 16-17° centigrade. Pairing with foods: risottos with meat, grilled meats, boiled meats, game, roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
