Fiano

Fiano is one of the great white wines of Southern Italy, elegant and profound, originally from Campania and particularly linked to the Irpinia area, where it expresses itself with great complexity and longevity. Produced from Fiano grapes, it is a wine of character, capable of giving emotions both when young and after a few years of aging.

To the eye it presents itself with an intense straw yellow. The bouquet is refined and complex: notes of hazelnut, white flowers, pear, honey, citrus fruits and a typical minerality are perceived. In the mouth it is full, fresh and savoury, with a balanced structure and a long and harmonious finish.

Ideal with fish dishes, shellfish, white meats, semi-mature cheeses and traditional Mediterranean cuisine, Fiano is a wine that combines aromatic richness and sober elegance.
