Domaine Saint-Marc

Arnaud Mitanchey, the son of a Burgundy winemaker, took over the family business in 2011 after studying oenology and spending several years in California. Initially, the estate owned a single plot within the Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation, but thanks to sustained and significant investments, Arnaud gradually developed the estate, which now comprises 9 hectares spread across 12 different appellations, including Maranges, Santenay, Meursault, as well as Pommard and Beaune. The HVE certification obtained in 2016 testifies to this domaine's ongoing commitment to enhancing the terroir, interpreting it according to the principles of organic farming and adopting a minimalist winemaking approach that excludes the use of impactful and invasive practices.
