Andrea Piubello is a fourth-generation winegrower from Cazzano di Tramigna, in the borderland between the Val d'Illasi and Val Tramigna valleys in Verona. Together with winemaker Federico Zambon he produces natural wines without chemical additives, using spontaneous indigenous yeast fermentations, from vineyards averaging 25 years of age on calcareous and clay soils. Only 6,000 bottles per year distributed under the Authentica label. Eastern Valpolicella in its most authentic and territory-respectful form.
