The Gentili farm was founded in 1979 by Carlo Gentili, who with little money but with great tenacity gradually built a cellar, located inside a 15th century courtyard, and planted vineyards in the surrounding land, nestled between Monte Baldo and Lake Garda. For thirty years, the entire company production was intended for sale as a loose product to other wineries, but since 2010, under the direction of his children Enrico and Elisa, a process of valorization of the company's viticultural and oenological potential began through the recovery of old local vines and cultivation methods of the past.
