The Zanoni family has been cultivating vines and producing wine in Valpolicella since the beginning of the century and today Pietro, a determined man and ambitious winemaker whose primary objective has always been to respect and preserve the identity of the wine-growing territory to which he belongs, continues this tradition. The vineyards owned by the family cover a surface area of 8 hectares and are divided into 3 plots between the hills north of Verona in the hamlets of Avesa, Parona and Quinzano where the new company headquarters was completed in Zovo in 2006. In managing the vineyards, guided and integrated pest management is implemented, the grassing of the land and organic fertilization while in the vineyard the work is aimed at containing production per vine and accompanying each individual bunch to perfect ripening.
