Here, thanks to the soil made up of alberese and limestone, Sangiovese has found its ideal habitat. Monica Raspi, the owner, is a winemaker through and through who grows vines according to the rules of organic farming, trying to maintain biodiversity and following the biological cycles and the progress of the seasons. No fertilizers for the plants, only green manure and instinct. In the cellar, the hand is light, never too interventionist, both in the aging in wood and in the tannic extractions, with the aim of maintaining a strong territorial identity, always pursuing the idea that wine should be a pleasure, for the nose, for the mouth and for the soul.
