Sweet Wines

The sweet wine offered by the Veronese wineries preserves the original sweetness of the sugarier grapes, which gives it a delicate and full flavour. In the vinification of Recioto only the upper part of the bunch is used, the sweetest, and the grapes are dried a few months before being pressed. By doing so, a higher sugar content is obtained in the must, which will give life to a complex wine, with an intense color and a high alcohol content.
