The Verona area is one of the most important wine-growing regions in Veneto and offers an extraordinary variety of wines and appellations. Among the great Veronese wines are Amarone della Valpolicella, Valpolicella Ripasso, Valpolicella Superiore and Valpolicella, together with the white wines of Soave and the various expressions of the area’s native grape varieties.
