The Trento DOC Metodo Classico "Inkino Nature" by Mas dei Chini is a highly elegant and pure sparkling wine, an authentic expression of the Trentino region and the tradition of mountain bubbles. A cuvée that best captures the character of the Dolomites, where altitude, alpine climate and mineral-rich soils create ideal conditions for producing refined, long-lived sparkling wines.
The Nature version, with no dosage, highlights the wine's personality in its most authentic form, enhancing its freshness, minerality and aromatic precision. Produced according to the Metodo Classico method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and extended aging on the lees, it develops complexity and extraordinary finesse of perlage.
In the glass, it presents a brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections, crossed by a very fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers an elegant bouquet with aromas of apple, citrus, pear and white flowers, accompanied by refined notes of bread crust, brioche, almond and delicate mineral nuances.
On the palate, it is dry, vertical and harmonious, with pronounced freshness that integrates perfectly with the wine's structure. The bubbles are creamy and refined, while the long, mineral finish leaves a sensation of great purity and elegance.
A Metodo Classico sparkling wine with character, ideal for those seeking authentic, food-friendly bubbles. Perfect as a prestigious aperitif and paired with oysters, shellfish, raw fish, sushi, tartare, delicate pasta dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Winemaking
The grapes, meticulously hand-harvested between the second ten days of August and the first ten days of September, are whole-pressed and fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts. The sparkling wine base matures in stainless steel on fine lees, with periodic batonnage, until tirage and the secondary fermentation in the bottle, which takes place in late spring. The wine then ages in the bottle on its own lees for at least 80 months. After disgorgement, it rests for a further period of approximately 2 months.
