The Sturm Friulano is a white wine that elegantly interprets one of the signature grape varieties of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a region renowned for producing high-quality white wines. An authentic expression of Friulian tradition, this wine combines freshness, balance, and pleasant aromatic complexity.
Made from Friulano grapes, an indigenous variety deeply rooted in the region's winemaking culture, it comes from selected vineyards where the cool climate and soil characteristics encourage the grapes to ripen slowly and harmoniously. The result is a wine that conveys the character of the region through elegance, minerality, and excellent drinkability.
It has a brilliant straw yellow color. The nose offers refined aromas of white flowers, almond, apple, pear, and herbal notes, accompanied by a delicate mineral character and aromas typical of the grape variety.
On the palate, it is soft, fresh, and harmonious, with a pleasant structure balanced by lively acidity. The characteristic final note of bitter almond, typical of Friulano, lends personality and depth to the sip, leaving an elegant, persistent finish.
A versatile and refined white wine, ideal as an aperitif and perfect paired with San Daniele prosciutto, appetizers, delicate first courses, fish, shellfish, white meats, and fresh cheeses.
