It comes from a vineyard of just \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e0.4 hectares\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, trained using the traditional Abruzzese pergola system, at approximately \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e250 metres above sea level\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e on predominantly sandy soils of alluvial origin. In the cellar, Cingilia takes a minimally interventionist approach: a few days before the harvest, the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003epied de cuve\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, using the naturally occurring yeasts on the grapes, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Its aromatic profile evokes \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003ecitrus fruits, green apple, white-fleshed fruit and delicate floral and herbal nuances\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, while on the palate, its mineral and saline character accompanies each sip, making it particularly smooth.
