Here, the vineyard lies at an altitude of approximately 150 metres, on \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003esoils rich in calcareous stones\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, with vines trained according to the traditional Pergola Veronese system. It is from these grapes that its Amarone is born.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe wine is made from \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCorvina, Corvinone and Rondinella\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. The grapes are harvested and left to dry for approximately \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e90 days in the drying room\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, naturally concentrating sugars, aromas and extract. After a brief pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel. The wine then rests for 6 months on its fine lees before spending approximately \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e30 months in French and American oak tonneaux\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, subsequently completing its ageing in the bottle.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAppearance:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e intense, deep ruby red, almost impenetrable to light.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNose:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e broad and enveloping, with aromas of \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eripe cherry, plum and dark fruit\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, accompanied by notes of dark chocolate and sweet spices such as cinnamon and black pepper. With evolution, deeper nuances of tobacco and wood emerge.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePalate:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e rich, full-bodied and \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003evelvety\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, with silky, well-integrated tannins. The concentration of ripe fruit is balanced by a good fresh component, while spicy and woody notes accompany a long, persistent finish.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt is an Amarone that finds its place alongside substantial dishes: \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003ebraised meats, roasts, grilled meats, game and aged cheeses\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.
