Nel vigneto di proprietà, ubicato a Passopisciaro, nella frazione di Castiglione di Sicilia, le piante hanno un’età media di 80 anni e vengono coltivate assecondando l’antica tradizione contadina, che prevede esclusivamente potature corte, arature, zappature, legature ma soprattutto trattamenti a base di  zolfo e rame in quantità ridotte.
